Position Overview:A highly motived, experienced integration floor team leader responsible for supervising, managing and motivating integration team personnel on a daily basis. The position requires effective collaboration within the department between engineering, production, and support staff.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute material planning and coordination for manufacturing orders to the integration floor.
- Collaborate material issues between ordering, stockroom, and integration personnel ensuring availability of timely production.
- Motivate and encourage integration personnel to meet stated delivery deadlines.
- Provide weekly reporting to management for delivery status of assembled products.
- Monitor team performance and report metrics.
- Facilitate and provide feedback with team members for any issues or conflict resolution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience and successes as a team leader or supervisor in an integration/production environment.
- Effective computer skills utilizing standard office type applications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize efforts in a fast paced environment.
- The ability to learn new processes, design applications and features and work with management for process improvements for efficiency.
- Experience in production planning and associated ERP type systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience utilizing Deltek Costpoint material management functions.
- Experience with industrial or Mil-Standards.
- Experience with managing ISO 9001 process and procedures.
