Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a team of project managers within our digital organization. This role is critical in driving project delivery, implementing project management methodologies, and leading M&A projects to support our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Lead and manage a group of project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Recruit and onboard new project managers to build a strong project management team.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Project Delivery

• Accountable for the successful delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Project Management Methodology:

• Deploy and standardize project management methodologies across the organization.
• Develop and implement best practices, tools, and templates for project management.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and processes.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):

• Lead M&A projects, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities.
• Manage risks and challenges associated with M&A activities.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with key stakeholders, including senior executives, to communicate project progress, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring and Portfolio Support:

• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency and accountability in project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10/15 years of experience in project management, with at least 7 years in leading Projects/Programs within the FMCG/FMCH sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects within a digital environment.
• Proven ability to handle project complexity and cross-functional teams.

• Strong budget consciousness and financial management skills.
• Experience in leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects is highly preferred.
