Gift Shop Assistant

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time, 50% FTE position. Scheduled hours are 8:00am - 12:00pm on Wednesdays, 8:00am - 4:30pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and one Saturday shift per month from 10:30am - 3:30pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Gift Shop Assistant to:

• Provide quality customer service and ensure a positive retail experience for patients, families, staff, and visitors.
• Provide support to the service and fundraising goals of the shop.
• Assist the Supervisor in purchasing related tasks and decisions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Technical degree or post high school education (Preferred)

Work Experience

• One year of retail experience (Required)
• Three years of retail experience (Preferred)
