Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards, ensuring ethical practice and patient safety. Patient Population / Client Focus Our ideal candidate will be adept at working with a diverse patient population, including athletes, active individuals recovering from injuries, surgical patients, and those dealing with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field. Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Virginia. Current CPR certification, to be achieved by the time of hire. The ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills. Effective communication abilities, both orally and in writing, with a commitment to patient confidentiality. Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly in sports medicine or rehabilitation.
