The Lead SAP Financial Support contributes to the overall strategic direction for the SAP platform to effectively support the business. Ensures thorough understanding of business requirements for successful implementation of SAP system improvements and monitors efficiency.


What you will do

  • Lead business requirements discussions to provide technology solutions for highly complex multiplatform applications.
  • Recommend changes and upgrades to global SAP systems to leverage better business efficiencies.
  • Play a key role in the development of multi-year roadmaps and strategic vision for the SAP system.
  • Design, prepare solutions, configure, customize, perform system testing, conduct end user training, provide demos, create cutover plans, and provide post go live support. Act independently to design solutions, configure and customize the most complex, multiplatform SAP application modules. Build prototype(s) in SAP to address complex business scenarios.
  • Partner with Technology to consider technical, system and infrastructure resource requirements for proposed modifications. Work directly with Technology to resolve technical issues as necessary.
  • Responsible for facilitating and supporting both audits, serving as the key point of contact for audit inquiries.
  • Troubleshoots problems and recommends modifications to systems leadership and key stakeholders. Ensures delivery satisfies system and business requirements.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree in related systems or business field is desired.
  • Minimum eight (8) years relevant SAP experience, including experience in SAP Suite of Modules - SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO), SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Material Management (MM), SAP Consolidations (ECCS) and SAP Analytics, Business warehouse (BW) and SAP Planning and Consolidation (SAP-EPM).
  • Expertise in configuring SAP FICO which includes New GL, AP, AR, New Asset Accounting, Consolidations, Cost Center Accounting, Profit center Accounting, COPA
  • Integration experience between SAP Modules FI-CO/ECCS/SD/MM and BW/EPM modules
  • Proficient in ABAP debugging, with hands-on experience in identifying and resolving issues.

Base Salary Range

$109,600.00 - $158,950.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
