 What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
• Stay knowledgeable about CDJR vehicle line-up, incentives, and financing options
• Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools
• Deliver exceptional service from test drive to delivery, and beyond
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to meet and exceed monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales or customer service experience (automotive sales a plus, but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity, energy, and drive to succeed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
