This highly visible, field‑based role blends hands‑on product demonstrations, contractor engagement, and business development to drive demand and expand our presence beyond traditional rental and distribution channels.</p> <p>If you’re a concrete industry expert who enjoys working directly on job sites, showcasing equipment in real‑world conditions, and building trusted relationships with contractors, this is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact.</p> <hr> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <h3>Business Development & Customer Engagement</h3> <ul> <li>Prospect and develop new concrete business by calling directly on end users and contractors.</li> <li>Cultivate strong contractor relationships to generate pull‑through sales at job sites.</li> <li>Develop and maintain databases of key contractor contacts and stay informed of major construction activity within assigned regions.</li> <li>Communicate frequently with District Sales Representatives, Product Managers, and Multiquip leadership to ensure a unified customer approach.</li> </ul> <h3>Product Demonstrations & Technical Expertise</h3> <ul> <li>Highlight, demonstrate, and market MQ Whiteman concrete placement and finishing equipment.</li> <li>Safely conduct live product demonstrations—day or night—in construction and industrial environments.</li> <li>Explain equipment features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and confidently.</li> <li>Utilize company‑provided marketing materials to recommend the right machine for each application.</li> </ul> <h3>Market Intelligence & Reporting</h3> <ul> <li>Communicate job‑site successes, challenges, competitive strategies, and pricing insights to management.</li> <li>Complete regular reporting through HubSpot CRM, including detailed market information and customer call reports.</li> <li>Share customer and market feedback to support continuous improvement in product design and performance.</li> </ul> <h3>Equipment & Asset Management</h3> <ul> <li>Maintain, transport, and securely store consigned (demo) equipment in company vehicle, trailer, residence, or approved secure locations.</li> <li>Coordinate equipment consignment to contractors or authorized distributors as needed.</li> <li>Promptly report changes in consigned equipment status (e.g., sale conversions or sto
