Now, we’re looking for a Product Designer to join the HALO team!

What you will do 

CM.com has a single goal in mind for its HALO product: be the number one AI platform for businesses. Focusing on delivering a human experience end-to-end, whether you’re working in our Studio product and focusing on building out your AI ecosystem, an end-user relying on the AI’s capabilities to get what they need, or an employee looking to co-create with AI. CM.com is re-imagining what it means to work on, and with AI.

You’ll work on leveraging the latest and greatest AI models, combining them with our proprietary platform to deliver a human-like UX, exploring new concepts through high-level prototyping, and ensuring every detail is right via web-based implementations.

You’ll be a part of our multi-disciplinary team consisting of developers, data scientists, product designers, and product managers. As a member of the core team, your work will consist of validating and exploring new concepts, maintaining and scaling our existing platform, and closely collaborating with the team to create impactful AI solutions.

As a Product Designer on the team, you’ll have a diverse focus and are expected to provide a meaningful contribution to the product's creative direction. Work varies from implementing design solutions, exploring how to solve a previously unexplored product direction together with data scientists and product teams, to constantly refining and iterating on our existing platform experience through prototypes and web implementations.

Additionally, you ideally have:

• 3+ years of experience as a product designer building user-centered experiences in a production environment.

• Bring solid hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.

• Have skills in high-level prototyping and web-based implementation, including basic HTML/CSS/JS to bring designs to life.

• Maintain a strong craft mindset with a focus on iterative design development.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills and collaborate well in a complex, high-pressure environment.
