JOB SUMMARY:

The Product Owner is a member of the CorroHealth development team and possesses a deep knowledge of the service domains that are supported by technology. Using CorroHealth processes for software development, they must effectively communicate QA testing, client acceptance of feature enhancements, and bug resolutions. This position requires participation in market and client-events to ensure the software development is market – driven and product development objectives are aligned to achieve CorroHealth business objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Product Owner will play a pivotal role in driving the success of CorroHealth's revenue cycle management solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, particularly revenue cycle management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Vision:

  • Develop and articulate a compelling product vision for RCM solutions that aligns with the overall business strategy.

 Product Backlog Management:

  • Create, maintain, and prioritize a well-defined product backlog, ensuring a clear roadmap for the development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and clinical operations, to define and refine product requirements.

User Story Writing:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user needs and write clear, concise, and testable user stories.
  • Prioritize user stories based on business value and technical feasibility.
  • Refine and update user stories as needed throughout the development process.

 Agile Methodology:

  • Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum) to drive efficient and iterative development processes.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings to ensure transparency and accountability.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical staff, finance teams, and executive leadership.
  • Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and challenges to diverse audiences.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
  • 5+ years of product management.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in a healthcare or technology company.
  • Deep understanding of revenue cycle management processes and challenges.
  • MUST had CDI or RCM/healthcare experience
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
