How you do this? You are the key player in safeguarding inventory accuracy and optimizing processes through data. You work daily with reports, analyses, and incident investigations, ensuring deviations are detected, resolved, and structurally improved. In this role, you’ll have plenty of room for initiative and collaborate closely with colleagues both inside and outside the warehouse. You achieve this by:

• translating data into concrete actions, with clear reports on inventory accuracy, productivity and deviations;
• identifying and analysing process and system deviations – and ensuring sustainable solutions together with operations and customer service;
• guiding the team in their development, work enjoyment and performance, with focus on quality and collaboration;
• continuously improving inventory control processes, with room for own initiative and smart innovations like drone analysis.

You bring

• minimum of 3 years’ experience in Inventory Control, Supply Chain, or Logistics Analysis, with a proven track record in a senior-level role;

• demonstrated experience in developing and coaching teams within a logistics or warehouse environment;
• strong expertise in analyzing reports (cycle counts, stock accuracy, RCAs) and taking proactive action based on data;
• extensive experience with WMS systems and improving operational processes through advanced data analysis and reporting.
