JOB SUMMARY
The HR Coordinator supports members of the HR Operations Team and the Corporate HR team by providing human resource and administrative services for the Human Resource team.
This role is required ONSITE at PODS corporate center in Clearwater, FL (Monday – Thursday, Friday Remote.) In-office presence is important for cultivating a collaborative and innovative work environment. When people are together in the same space, they are more likely to build relationships, share ideas, and solve problems together.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for creating, updating, compiling, and providing reporting on a variety of subjects including ARC, CAL/OSHA and terminations
• Answers general associate questions and inquiries about human resources policies.
• Maintains information systems, prepares appropriate documentation, and processes necessary paperwork.
• Conduct exit interviews and report on data received
• Validate and provide spot bonus details to payroll
• Responsible for sending compliance posters to all PODS facilities.
• Serves as liaison for Iron Mountain storage coordination for the department
• Maintain associate files, both hard copy and electronic.
• Maintains high professional standards of client and employee confidentiality.
• Demonstrates knowledge of basic HR Management practices; demonstrates commitment to own development as HR professional.
• Compiles and responds to information needed for legal subpoenas and records requests
• Assists in the coordination of a variety of associate engagement needs
• Performs other HR and administrative duties as requested or required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR support role
• Associate degree with course work in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
