About the team and position
The Associate, Learning & Enablement will partner with Customer Care teams to design and deliver impactful training programs that equip advocates to perform with confidence and consistency. You’ll create engaging, high-quality learning experiences, including digital, in-person, and blended, that turn complex information into simple, actionable skills. In this role, you’ll lead multiple initiatives, including change management programs and innovative learning solutions that leverage modern practices and AI-enabled tools. You’ll also serve as an ambassador for the Learning & Enablement team, helping to build a high-performing, customer-focused culture through training that is practical, engaging, and measurable.

This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, at our corporate HQ in Tempe, Arizona.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Reimagine learning – Assess, design, and elevate programs that drive real behavior change and unlock growth for our teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally – Collaborate with Leadership, Data Analytics, and team members to identify opportunities where learning can transform performance.
  • Innovate with AI and new tech – Integrate emerging practices and tools (AI-driven personalization, adaptive learning, immersive tech) into our programs.
  • Design engaging experiences – Create and modernize learning assets, including elearnings, interactive simulations, multimedia, and hands-on workshops.
  • Make complex simple – Translate technical concepts into practical, engaging content for employees at every level.
  • Measure what matters – Track impact, analyze effectiveness, and continually iterate programs based on insights.
  • Lead culture change – Use storytelling, learning, and data to embed our values into how operations teams work and grow.
  • Drive program management – Own end-to-end planning and execution of initiatives that upgrade our learning ecosystem.

What you should have/know

  • We’re especially excited if you bring experience from a progressive learning culture where innovation and creativity thrive.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Advanced certifications in adult learning, instructional design, or AI practices in L&D are a big plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience designing and delivering adult learning programs in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Workday Learning, and Google Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, oral, facilitation, and presentation.
  • A track record of simplifying complex ideas and creating engaging, impactful content.
  • Creative, flexible, and comfortable experimenting with new technologies and approaches.
  • Solid project management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively across departments and all levels of an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, modern learning systems, and emerging training delivery platforms.
  • A growth mindset, a sense of humor (seriously), and a belief that great learning is both impactful and fun.
  • A collaborative spirit, valuing diverse perspectives and teamwork to achieve bold goals.
