• Responsible for the end-to-end solution design and architecture.
• Define product strategy to drive business outcomes for the Customer Care function.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of technical solutions.
• Deliver innovative technical products on an aggressive timeline with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
• Be able to craft and own the 2-3 year product roadmap and product vision.
• Effectively communicate technical requirements to engineers and non-technical requirements to the business.
• Create PRD (Product Requirement Document) and create user stories.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's technologies and architectures and IT industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer and Information Technology, or a closely related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must have 60 months of progressive, baccalaureate experience involving the following:
• 1. Requirement Gathering
• 2. Business Analysis and Business Case Preparation
• 3. Salesforce Configuration
• 4. Software Testing
• 5. Agile Methodologies
• 6. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 7. Customer and Partner Portals Implementations
• 8. CRM Implementations.
