Impressive, right?&nbsp;</p> <p>To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!<br><br>Ready to be part of the experience?&nbsp;</p> <p>Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.</p></div><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor, and delivering solutions that align with Fever’s expertise and goals.</li> <li>Oversee the lifecycle of partner events and projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance) to ensure timely and seamless execution, while tracking actions and progress.</li> <li>Monitor partner performance by defining KPIs, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to support continuous growth. Regularly prepare reports highlighting achievements and opportunities for improvement.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to proactively address challenges, develop tailored solutions, and ensure high partner satisfaction.</li> <li>Gather and analyze partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and operational enhancement recommendations.</li> <li>Gain a deep understanding of Fever's teams and processes to effectively advocate for partners' needs and contribute to team-wide initiatives<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>+2 years of experience in project management or consulting.</li> <li><strong>Availability to work on</strong> <strong>weekends</strong>.</li> <li>Fluent in English and Spanish; additional language fluency is a plus.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage stakeholder
