What you will do and Impact:

• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
  • Drive diversity and inclusive-focused campus recruitment strategies.
  • Foster educational and community partnerships to attract top talent for internships and early-career positions.
  • Ensure a fair and inclusive interview and selection process to create an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Implement initiatives to increase diversity in the summer internship program and drive increased intern conversion rates.
• Recruitment Strategy and Partnerships:
  • Prepare and execute annual campus recruitment strategies.
  • Build strategy to identify, execute, and measure success through selection of school partners with a focus on attracting diverse top talent.
  • Collaborate with ITW's Talent Management Team for campus events, internships, and other recruitment efforts.
  • Coordinate campus recruitment initiatives, establishing internal campus teams for key colleges.
  • Develop consistent presentation and promotional materials for recruitment events.
  • Lead summer internship program to drive valuable experiences for interns and meet ITW enterprise conversion goals for entry level positions.
• Full Life Cycle Recruitment:
  • Organize and implement efficient interview and selection processes for interns and new grads.
  • Focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience to attract the best talent.
  • Champion company culture throughout the candidate experience.
