About the role

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our Shakopee Primary Care Triage team!  Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. 

Position Summary:

Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, scope of practice, along with recognized professional standards and Health Partner and employer specific protocols and policy.

Supports multiple areas within a clinic setting with strong interpersonal skill and flexibility while maintaining patient confidentiality and protecting patient rights. Resolves concerns or complaints regarding patient care or service.

 

Work Schedule:

  • Schedule will vary Monday-Friday

  •  8:00am-5:00pm

  • 24 hrs weekly /.6 FTE

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Maintain a current Minnesota registered nurse’s licensure. 
  • WI licensure required where applicable.
  • Current BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines
  • No online only courses accepted.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

  • Ambulatory Nursing Experience
  • 1 year of prior experience in nursing preferred
