You will be responsible for well testing your code (unit tests, acceptance tests, integration tests, load tests, performance tests) and propose/implement performance improvements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understand the capabilities and limitations of existing architectures and evolve them to satisfy future product requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Learn and help others learn how to write great quality code.</span></p></li></ul><p><br/>🌟 You’re a match</p><ul><li><p><span>Outstanding software engineering skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience developing production applications in (preferably) </span>Node.js<span> or other similar languages.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You can convert a design into code and deliver it using current software engineering</span> best practices<span>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are able to write code that someone unfamiliar with that software can understand. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in developing medium/large-scale web applications and distributed systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience operating your services in a production environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A systematic approach to problem-solving.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with unit, integration, functional, and e2e testing</span></p></li><li><p><span>Adhere to standards and best practices.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Learn from feedback and help others learn to write better applications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>​You've never let not knowing a framework, a language, or discipline stop you from diving into and owning a project.</span></p></li><li><p><span>We're looking for people who are excellent at fundamentals, have great willingness to learn, and have an unstoppable desire to follow through with the job.</span></p></li></ul><p><br/>Languages:<br/>Spanish Native &amp; English Fluent<br/><br/>📍 Your location<br/><span>The role is Hybrid, the candidate must be based in Spain.</span><br/><br/>☀️ Happy at work<br/>1) A meaningful job: Be the change!
