If you're based in Poland, proficient in English, and enthusiastic about digital advertising, we'd love to hear from you!Knowledge of Polish is a plus but not a requirement – what matters most is your passion and dedication to making an impact in the global media landscape.We are currently seeking a dedicated Junior Google Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • collaborating directly with global WPP media houses to build SEM activity strategies for international markets (e.g. UK, USA, EMEA),
  • achieving established KPIs for e-commerce, performance, and brand recognition,
  • analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and offering targeted recommendations,
  • running SEM campaigns from A to Z, also using SA360 and Microsoft Advertising,
  • you have a chance to gain experience from the assistance of more experienced professionals.
The ideal candidate possesses:
  • fluency in English;
  • 0,5+ years experience in planning Google Ads/Search campaigns;
  • being capable of strong analytics and have a natural affinity for numbers; 
  • being eager to work with Google Analytics;
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets;
  • being eager to work directly from Poland;
  • experience in Search Ads, Bing Ads, or/and Data Studio - this is a bonus!
