HR Intern – Communications Focus
Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC | Hybrid: 3 days/week in office
Duration: 9 weeks
Pay: $22/hour
Start Date: June 2025
Join our HR team as a Communications Intern and help create clear, engaging employee communications that support culture, connection, and organizational change.
What You’ll Do
Draft and edit HR communications, announcements, and employee-facing materials
Support internal campaigns, engagement initiatives, and change communications
Help organize content for HR programs, events, and employee resources
Collaborate with HR and business partners to ensure messaging is clear and consistent
Complete an Innovation Project and present recommendations to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
Rising junior or senior pursuing communications, HR, marketing, business, or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Interest in employee engagement, culture, and internal communications
Creative, organized, and collaborative team player
