Entrust is seeking a Manager, Software Fulfillment specific to the Software Fulfillment Team. This position will be responsible for leading the Software Fulfillment team which will play an integral role in the success of enablement throughout Entrust. One main responsibility of this position will be the primary member leading testing for acquisition integrations and new product introduction on the SF team. This person will be the subject matter expert on the Entrust platforms and help enable, verify, and signoff on released features and functionality in relation to fulfillment across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the software fulfillment team to unsure the success of enablement throughout Entrust.
- Manage the fulfillment of commercial software and process license renewals as necessary.
- Provide necessary work direction and manage projects effectively through planning, organization, and project management.
- Key decision maker regarding software fulfillment requirements and solution design on a variety of projects and product launches as assigned.
- Core team member on all product, enhancement, and Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) requests for SF functions for a variety of products, product launches and acquisitions.
- Represents the needs of the global software fulfillment team by utilizing a strong working knowledge of both the software fulfillment team processes/functions as well as Oracle and salesforce.com functionality and shares/participates in all requirements gathering sessions.
- Collaborate in conjunction with the Business Systems analyst/IT to design reports specific to these new releases/integrations, which include designing test cases and providing direction and instruction to the analyst and others as needed.
- Executes assignment of test cases for commissioning/onboarding and identification of system issues and limits.
- Defines the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery.
- Creates, generates, analyzes and maintains reports detailing the daily operations of the systems and to identify opportunities for continued improvement.
- Acts as the project liaison in taking actions, gathering and sharing pertinent information and notes, and capturing process definition to provide to software fulfillment and trade compliance leadership and trainer to support for launch of new products.
- Develops and maintains strong, effective working relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers at all levels to effectively influence and be the voice of software fulfillment on project teams.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience
- Minimum 5 years software fulfillment experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing and mentoring multiple people/teams.
- Minimum 2 years broad professional experience with project and UAT testing
- Strong desire and ability to learn new technical skills required to perform minor application development tasks and support related system integrations.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating professional demeanor in all work-related interactions.
- Ability to think outside-of-the-box to solve challenging problems and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to juggle competing demands and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment.
