MANTECH seeks a skilled, professional, and service-oriented Entry-Level Program Control Analyst to join our vehicle sustainment team. This position is fully remote. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the financial accuracy and operational efficiency of our programs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage document closure, ensuring all project paperwork is completed, filed, and archived correctly.

• Analyze project data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues, providing insights to program managers.

• Verify the accuracy of coding for financial transactions and labor hours, upholding data integrity.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks, from data entry to reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.

• Degrees in other business fields may be considered with relevant work experience.

• Relevant work experience includes an internship or a previous role in a finance, accounting, or program support function.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely; demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a high level of engagement in all tasks.
