Who You Are

Kyndryl is looking for leaders who are passionate about helping some of the world’s biggest companies make better use of their data.  Our data scientists are everywhere; leveraging AI to help empower field workers with AI assisted decision making, creating a platform to help banks fight money laundering, and even ensuring that clients’ interactions with generative AI are safe.  We’re looking for data scientists who aren’t satisfied with the easy problems, who don’t want to work on the same questions or even the same technology every day.

As a Data Scientist for AI you’ll have two major functions.  Whenever possible you’ll be assigned to a customer or industry to help assess, advise and build solutions for clients.  You’ll work with talented data engineers and consulting leaders to not only sift through the data but also to identify the opportunities that our customers may have missed or create their data strategy and roadmap.
