About the role
We’re seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead (Core Cloud) from the LATAM region to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical expert with strong leadership skills, deep Salesforce platform knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), and the ability to guide developers and stakeholders through complex solution design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce Core Cloud implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Design and oversee data architecture, integrations, and automation frameworks.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.
Manage release processes, deployment pipelines, and environment strategy.
Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Business Analysts) to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
Proven experience leading Salesforce Core Cloud projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud).
Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns.
Experience with CI/CD, Git-based version control, and DevOps tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
Salesforce certifications preferred (Application Architect, Technical Architect, Platform Developer II).
Preferred Skills
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (MuleSoft, AWS, etc.).
Familiarity with industry frameworks like Agile/Scrum.
Ability to mentor and grow junior developers in distributed teams.a
