Spanish Customer Support Specialist- Ceuta

We are looking for a Spanish Customer Support Specialist to join our Support Team in Ceuta, Spain.

About the role

As part of Paf’s Customer Support Team, you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will handle inquiries, solve problems, and represent our commitment to responsible, high-quality, and multilingual customer service.

Main responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via chat and other channels, ensuring quick and high-quality responses.

• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up within agreed time frames (SLAs).

• Contribute to improving the team’s efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness.

• Follow company communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.

• Build positive relationships with customers through clear and professional communication.

• Act responsibly in relation to gambling concerns, following our Responsible Gambling procedures.

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
  
  
  Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

• Previous experience in customer support, sales, gaming, or online business is an advantage.

• Most important: the right service attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
