We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development focused on the Intelligence Community customers in Maryland. The successful candidate will manage the relationship between the Maryland customer and USCYBERCOMMAND customer and the company, and help drive new business within the Intelligence market for BlueHalo, an AV Company. This involves collaborating with people inside and outside of the organization, and working closely with company Senior Leadership to drive new business growth for BlueHalo, an AV Company. You would like to do this:
- Build, maintain and drive a new business pipeline for the Cyber and Mission Solutions Portfolio, Maryland Operations Business Unit, through the identification of business opportunities that align with strategic business priorities and customer missions.
- Evaluate business opportunities by regularly conducting pipeline reviews, gate reviews, and due diligence.
- Lead Maryland customer and USCYBERCOMMAND growth activities by facilitating business opportunities through the business acquisition process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
- Contribute to IC Growth Strategy by supporting strategic captures and customer engagement.
You're required to have this:
- Minimum 10 years direct experience with the Maryland customer.
- BS/BA degree at a four-year college/university
- Understanding of cyber operations, SIGINT, and software tool development capabilities.
- Proven record of pursuing and winning new business opportunities of significant size, complexity of scope.
- Demonstrated ability to earn trust and respect of key customers including successfully managing difficult/delicate customer conversations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact at executive levels of Government and industry.
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 The BlueHalo, an AV Company, pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
