Job description & key responsibilities
We are now looking for a Operations Manager to strengthen our team. This junior-level role, you'll become an essential part of our dedicated support team—talking directly with customers via phone and email, troubleshooting diverse technical challenges, and ensuring each customer experiences smooth, reliable service.

It's a hands-on position perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, multi-tasking, and working closely with others to deliver solutions that truly make a difference.
