<p> </p> <hr> <p>This role follows a <strong>2nd </strong>shift schedule, working from <strong>3:30 PM to 12:30 AM</strong>, with designated days off on <strong>Tuesday & Wednesday.</strong></p> <hr> <p>The Warehouse & Ops Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the warehouse & ops team for their shift, ensuring that each required task is executed and conducted properly and safely. The Warehouse & Ops Supervisor is also responsible for anticipating and troubleshooting issues as they arise and managing the performance of warehouse & ops leads and warehouse associates on their shift; using all information available and collaborating with other stakeholders as needed. </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Detailed Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p><strong><em>Supervision of Core Warehouse Functions:</em></strong></p> <p>The Warehouse & Ops Supervisor<em> </em>must demonstrate proficiency in all warehouse functions and processes and ensure compliance with standard procedures on a daily basis. The Warehouse & Ops Supervisor is accountable for maintaining the layout and organization of all drop zone and warehouse spaces and ensuring the warehouse & ops team is creating and promoting a safe workplace. </p> <p><em>Issuing Product to Production:</em></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Ensures full utilization of WMS for product moves to and from the production / shipping floor.</li> <li>Familiarizes themselves with all trackers and inventory items to be able to verify production needs and provide guidance to team on correct product</li> <li>Stays abreast of e-mails and other forms of communication directing changes to products required for production as a result of product shorts, delivery delays, or quality issues. Supervisor is expected to communicate to the warehouse team in a timely manner to preclude errors or production stops.</li> <li>Ensures warehouse drop list is utilized to pull product for the production floor</li> <li>Ensures product is placed in the correct quantity and location on floor per WMS and follows up when not meeting expectation</li> <li>Upholds standard procedures for staging product in coolers and freezers when applicable</li> <li>Must be able to read boxing call-out sheets and distinguish which meats are assigned to meals to clarify for the team and audit processes.</li> <li>Works with warehouse lead to ensure team is making progress against task list </li> <li>Works in collaboration with production management to problem solve when warehouse t
