A Day in the Life:

The Senior Program Manager will develop and implement change management processes and governance structures to support the adoption and maintenance of quality systems. They will collaborate across six teams (e.g. IT, Food, Beverage, Packaging, Equipment, Quality) and engage stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of change, increase adoption, and minimize resistance. Additionally, they will facilitate workshops, training sessions, and create clear communications and reference materials while setting objectives with minimal client direction to ensure project success.

• 5+ years project management experience, with a focus on scope, timeline, organizational change management, and communications
  
• 3+ years of change management experience
  
• 5 years managing large or multiple medium sized, complex, cross-functional projects, leading multiple efforts simultaneously
  
• Knowledge of agile principles and scrum processes
  
• Proven experience developing and leading cross-functional teams through a complex organizational change management process
  
• Acute attention to detail and exemplary communication & organization skills
  
• Experience authoring and presenting presentations to sr. leaders (VP+) and gaining alignment
  
• Proficient in Smartsheet and experience with Jira and Confluence tools
  
• Experience leading and collaborating with technology teams - preferred
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – preferred
  
• 4-year degree - preferred
  
• Must be willing to work on site 1-2 days per week
