ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Staff/Guest Services- Arrowhead RV Campground in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.

Are you looking to have fun this summer, be outside and smell campfires? If so, Arrowhead RV Campground is the place for you! We are hiring a full-time Front Desk/Guest Services team member to provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guest experiences. Although this position is seasonal our company has over 400 properties throughout the US and the opportunity to grow as a seasonal or year round team member exists.

 

Your job will include: 

• Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone. 
• Process payments for camping, store items and the snack bar. 
• Take and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency. 
• Partner with your office team and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 
• Prepare & serve light light snacks to guests.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office, camp store & snack bar.
• Close point of sale systems and store/office at end of shift.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly. 

 

Experience & skills you need: 

•  1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills. 
• Drivers license and current vehicle insurance.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. 
• Computer literacy and the willingness to learn new systems. 
• Willingness to take classes during work hours to get appropriate certifications (paid for by company)
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
