Title Clerk

Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Title Clerk to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA!

What our Title Clerks Do

• Prepare detailed installment contracts for submission to lenders
• Compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions
• Verify and post details of business transactions, such as Bill of Sales, insurance and warranty contracts and vehicle purchases
• Compute and record charges, refunds, cost of goods, freight charges
• Verify and prepare check for the payoff on traded vehicles lien
• Track all retail sales for monthly time measurement report

Your Pre-Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related billing experience preferred
• Must be able to walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CDK
• Strong organizational and communication skills
