Pool Care Specialists is Hiring a Receptionist / Office Assistant!

Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16–$18/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

As the first point of contact for customers, you will be the voice of Pool Care Specialists. This role is essential in keeping daily operations running smoothly by managing communications and supporting service teams. Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and patience
• Accurately log customer concerns and service requests in the system
• Route requests to the appropriate departments with attention to detail
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text
• Assist with general administrative and office tasks
• Maintain organization in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements

Must Have:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Reliable transportation/ability to commute to the job location
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset with a professional demeanor
• Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a high-volume office or customer service environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
