BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) (Hybrid)

Circle Care Services is a trusted provider of ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. We support every BCBA  and behavior analyst with mentorship, resources, and clinical leadership so you can deliver high-quality care with confidence. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-person clinical work and remote time for documentation, planning, and data review. 

What You’ll Do (BCBA / Analyst Role)

• Conduct assessments and analyze behavior data
• Create Treatment plans and measurable goals using ABA Principles
• Supervise staff implementing programs and ensure treatment fidelity
• Parent Training
• Support case oversight and planning using hybrid schedule

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and Maryland licensure (or ability to obtain) 
• Experience delivering applied ABA services 
• Strong treatment planning and goal-writing skills 
• Ability to lead, coach, and oversee behavior plans
