The Landmark National Bank Marketing Internship is a summer program that provides hands-on exposure to bank marketing and communications. After onboarding with the Marketing team, the intern will support marketing campaigns, content creation, digital and social media efforts, community events, and basic performance reporting. This role offers practical experience in brand strategy, product marketing, and internal and external communications within a community bank environment.QualificationsQUALIFICATION YOU POSSESS
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in marketing, branding, and communications within a business or financial services environment
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital content creation
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva or similar tools a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from multiple team members
Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assist with creating content for social media, email, and internal communications
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Help coordinate community events, sponsorships, and photo or video needs
Track and report basic marketing metrics (social engagement, email performance, website activity)
Perform general marketing support tasks, including proofreading, research, and project coordination
Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, including daily huddles and weekly sales meetings.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job the associate is frequently required to sit or stand for long periods of time, speak, and listen; use hands to touch and grasp objects; and to reach with hands and arms. The associate is occasionally required to move about the banking facility. Visual ability to view a computer screen for long periods of time is required.
Ability to drive/ride in vehicle for light travel.
The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
