During a typical day, you will...
- Ensure that all vendor invoices are processed timely and accurately with appropriate documentation and approvals
- Ensure the invoices and payments are processed, booked, and paid accurately and timely
- Support on monthly closing topics like reconciliations of vendors, accounts, and accruals
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
- Prepare adjusting entries, monthly and year-end closing entries
- Close collaboration with the Inhouse Indian Service Center
- Provide insights and analysis to improve transparency on business performance to Management
You have…
- 2+ years of experience in (Group) Accounting, Audit, or similar experience
- An analytical and commercial approach to problem solving, an agile and quick thinker,
- Excellent Excel skills
- A personality that thrives as a team player in an ever-changing environment
- Flexibility and adaptable to the changing business needs and be able to prioritize key actions to positively impact on performance
