IT Operations Manager

The IT Operations Manager will play a pivotal role at XperiencOps, Inc., tasked with the stewardship of our IT framework to assure reliability, security, and operational efficiency. Primarily an individual contributor with prospects for team leadership as the company scales, this role demands proficiency in Microsoft O365, Entra, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Cloudflare, Vanta, and notably, AWS. The ideal candidate will exhibit a robust capacity for technological adaptation and a visionary approach to IT infrastructure management.

Requirements

• Lead the operational management of our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Expertly manage and configure Microsoft O365, Entra, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, AWS, Cloudflare, and Vanta to bolster security and operational efficiency.
• Partner with security teams to deploy Cloudflare and Vanta, enhancing our security posture and compliance frameworks.
• Formulate and uphold IT policies, procedures, and documentation, aligning with industry best practices.
• Vigilantly identify IT risks and vulnerabilities, implementing preventive measures to mitigate threats.
• Direct pivotal IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies.
• Deliver technical support and mentorship, fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Administer the IT operations budget with a strategic focus on cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Keep abreast of technological advancements, advocating for the adoption of innovations that drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in IT operations, underscored by a proficient command over Microsoft and AWS ecosystems.
• Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft O365, Entra, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, AWS, Cloudflare, and Vanta.
• Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity principles.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and autonomous work ethic.
• Effective communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of managing multifaceted projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
