Bright Harbor Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will work with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities to provide behavior assessment and intervention services. Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide individualized behavior therapy services to clients
- Provide ongoing training, consultation and support to school professionals on implementation of ABA strategies and techniques
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with other professionals and families to support the overall treatment plan and student development
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
