Senior Salesforce Architect

Overview

JST is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead our Salesforce practice and guide enterprise solutioning across federal civilian and Department of Defense (DoD) projects. This role is central to JST's growth strategy. The Senior Salesforce Architect will drive technical solutioning, support proposal development, manage Salesforce relationships, and ensure our teams remain on the cutting edge of Salesforce capabilities.

Sr. Salesforce Architect Responsibilities

• Lead JST's Salesforce team, setting technical vision and ensuring alignment with customer mission needs and enterprise architecture standards.
• Serve as the primary technical solutioning lead for Salesforce opportunities in both Fed/Civ and DoD markets.
• Partner with JST's Growth Team to shape capture strategies, develop technical proposals, and present solution demonstrations to customers.
• Manage and expand JST's relationship with Salesforce Government Cloud teams, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Build and execute a Salesforce upskilling plan to expand JST's workforce capabilities, including training, certifications, and knowledge-sharing programs.
• Mentor developers, business analysts, and administrators, providing leadership in solution design and professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative team culture that prioritizes innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to government clients on Salesforce modernization initiatives, platform adoption, and digital transformation strategies.
• Support executive leadership in long-term technology road mapping and internal JST Salesforce initiatives.
• Monitor Salesforce trends, releases, and industry innovations to ensure JST remains at the forefront of capability delivery.
• Represent JST at Salesforce ecosystem events, conferences, and working groups as needed.

 

Sr. Salesforce Architect Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant Salesforce Architecture experience is required.
• Salesforce Architect certification is required.

 

Required Clearances and Screenings

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
