Brown & Brown is Seeking a Product Accounting & Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team in Dallas, TX.

The Product Admin & Sales Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the Production Administration team and assisting with administrative and accounting duties

How You Will Contribute

• Answers telephone and email inquiries from dealerships, customers, agents, teammates daily while providing stellar customer service.

• Performs contract administration and sales support duties alongside the Product administration and accounting department

• Update Platform on daily basis with new business and updates.

• Enter deposits in accounting systems and ensure they balance to production.

• Handle setups including rate card entry for new and existing internal business

• Assist with training new employees within department

• Positive Pay Uploads in to banking platform.

• Process contract cancellation refunds, remit correction refunds, and interval refunds to Producers by entry in accounting software and banking platform.

• Update internal production reports monthly for VP Acctg/Admin

• Assist accounting and administration departments with other items as needed

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

• Minimum 3-5 years administration experience

• Minimum 1 year QuickBooks experience

• Excellent have written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications, strong Microsoft Excel skills (Must be able to create Pivot tables, create and organize spreadsheets with large amounts of data)
