Lido Advisors, LLC, an established and expanding wealth management firm is looking for a Associate, Human Resources, to make an immediate impact supporting onboarding within the Human Resources team. The Associate, Human Resources, will report directly to the Director, Human Resources and Talent. 


The Associate, Human Resources plays a critical role in delivering a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. This position ensures that employees feel welcomed, informed, and prepared to succeed in their roles. The Associate, Human Resources will manage end-to-end onboarding processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously improve onboarding programs to align with company growth and enhance employee engagement.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires across all departments
  • Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including documentation, background checks and system access
  • Facilitate orientation sessions and ensure consistent delivery of company culture, policies and values
  • Evaluate onboarding processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and employee experience
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and onboarding
  • Partner with IT, Legal and Compliance, hiring managers, etc. to ensure smooth transitions for new employees
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey
  • Assist in payroll preparation, including reviewing expenses, troubleshooting payroll issues, and ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Support benefits administration by guiding new hires through enrollment, answering benefit-related questions, and ensuring accurate data entry into HR and benefits systems
  • Ensure maximum capability with our HRIS/payroll tool and be prepared to scale rapidly

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on onboarding or talent management
  • Experience in designing and implementing onboarding programs in a mid-to-large organization
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Paylocity is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
