Job Description

Department Specific Duties: General clerk work including excel worksheet manipulation, logging email communications, basic work within HUD system of record (P260), occupied conveyance initial decisions, sending mail General Clerk II description: This position requires familiarity with the terminology of the office unit. The General Clerk selects appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures or makes simple adaptations and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals. The clerical steps often vary in type or sequence, depending on the task. Recognized problems are referred to others.

Qualifications

2 + years of office experience Data Management skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills Superior organizational Skills Proficient in MS Office Suite and other specialized software applications 10 - Key Data Entry 40 -50 WPM
