About the role

Company Overview

At Zuora, we do Modern Business. We’re helping people subscribe to new ways of doing business that are better for people, companies and ultimately the planet. It’s an approach resulting from the shift to the Subscription Economy that puts customers first by building recurring relationships instead of one-time product sales and focuses on sustainable growth. Through our leading expertise and multi-product suite, we are transforming all industries and working with the world’s most innovative companies to monetize new business models, nurture subscriber relationships and optimize their digital experiences.

The Team & Role

As a Director of our Integration Hub & Extension Studio platform teams, you will manage a bright and driven team of product managers focused on delivering your vision of extensions and connectors that help Zuora customers drive their monetization processes - customers like Box, Docusign, GoPro and Zoom.  You will additionally own our ISV partner vision and enablement strategies.

This is a hybrid position, so you'll work either remotely but be expected to participate in our Bay Area office.

What you’ll do

  • Continue to drive our vision, product strategy and roadmap for our Integration Hub and Extension Studio offerings through your team of product managers.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitive analysis to not only educate extended stakeholders, but also to drive innovation and competitiveness with your product offering.
  • Utilize data to make informed product decisions and set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Engage with customers and the Zuora partner ecosystem to gather feedback to then inform product development (Design Thinking, user research and usability studies).
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, including managing prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support.
  • Be the subject matter expert, presenting at Zuora conferences, partner conferences, webinars, podcasts and customer advisory sessions.

Your experience

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on product management leadership experience, focused on integration platforms, developer platforms, extensibility, APIs and/or  business process framework teams at a leading enterprise software SaaS company.
  • Leadership through influence rather than organization structures. Proven ability to motivate, lead, and collaborate with cross-functional product development teams.
  • Solid understanding of relevant commerce technology and tools including APIs, e-commerce solutions, Billing systems, ERPs and web dev capabilities.
  • Experience with service-oriented architecture, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
  • Strong product design skills, from both a technical API and user interface design perspective
  • Experience transforming product strategy into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritization.
