The program’s purpose is to increase the number of low-income and underrepresented students who graduate from high school and successfully complete post-secondary education.

As a College Access Coach, you will be responsible for increasing Talent Search students’ academic performance through direct tutoring, advising, and developing students’ positive academic behaviors and non-cognitive skills. You will schedule, arrange and provide supervision of field trips to college campuses, working as a team with other Talent Search staff. With the assistance of classroom teachers, counselors, and school administrators, you will reach out to students and use instructional tools and methodologies that are consistent with Vancouver School District and Dept. of Education interventions to achieve grant outcomes.
