Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay + uncapped commissions + bonuses
• $36,000 - $96,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings) based on performance

Energy Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Educate homeowners about renewable energy benefits and help them make the switch
• Guide customers through the enrollment process with integrity and compliance
• Stay up-to-date on MPower Direct’s energy solutions
• Drive sales and compete for performance-based bonuses!

 

Qualifications

Entry Level Energy Sales Representative Qualifications:

• High energy, enthusiastic, and motivated to succeed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong work ethic and a team-player mentality

• Desire to grow professionally and financially

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required

• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with people directly
