At the heart of every great meal is a great leader—and we’re looking for one! As a Grill Supervisor, you’ll bring energy, organization, and next-level hospitality to our fast-paced grill venue. What You’ll Do:

• Take charge of the restaurant floor and keep things running smoothly
• Lead, support, and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver fast, friendly, and unforgettable service
• Be the go-to solution guru—jump in when issues arise and turn them into positive guest experiences
• Bring high standards to every shift: guest service, cleanliness, and quality are all in your hands
• Schedule strategically and assign stations to ensure both smooth flow and smart labor use
• Train, coach, and hold team members accountable with positivity and professionalism
• Monitor food prep and presentation to ensure quality, portioning, and consistency
• Champion health and safety standards, ensuring strict adherence to Board of Health regulations
• Step in on special projects and pitch in wherever needed—we’re all about teamwork!

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in food & beverage or hospitality
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a guest-first mindset
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations and the ability to lead a high-functioning team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to work in a lively environment with bright lights, high noise, and some exposure to smoke

Required Certifications:

• Valid Food Handler Certification
• Alcohol Awareness Certification

Tools You’ll Use:

• Info Genesis POS (or similar system)
• Microsoft Office programs
• Familiarity with Paycom or comparable accounting/payroll systems is a plus
