Job Description

Coffman Engineers is looking for a Solutions Developer who will assist the Business systems team in platform architecture and implementation of complex systems. Responsibilities include administration and development for our current Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) and future Finance and Operations (F&O) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. We are looking for a candidate who is knowledgeable in solution design and development with a focus on business process, structure, and technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance and Operations (F&O) including customizations, creation of new user accounts, security roles, updating entities and workflows, creating reports, training, and software upgrades.
• Coordinate with external Microsoft vendor to make appropriate upgrades to Dynamics platforms.
• Identify, track, and resolve platform issues promptly and professionally using internal Helpdesk system.
• Create and deploy Power BI and SSRS reports and dashboards.
• Participate and contribute to the development of digital strategies aligned with business strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional discretion regarding access to sensitive business information.
• Maintain and expand expertise in one or more technical skills through continuous self-study, training, and certifications.
• Maintain positive business interactions and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of staff.
• Design and implement quality solutions in line with internal design standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in the A/E/C industry
• 8+ years’ experience with data bases and preferably Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance and Operations (F&O)
• Power BI experience and or SSRS
• Experience in C#, X++, and SQL
• Technical documentation experience
• Ability to multi-task with strong project ownership and project planning skills
• Ability to interface with third party developers
• Strong customer service and team-player skills
• Ability to learn and integrate new data systems with existing architecture
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify and mitigate existing business risks associated with solution architecture on an enterprise level
• Experience migrating/integrating data between Dynamics platforms and other SQL based platforms
• Computer Science, Computer Engineering, information systems or technology degree preferred.

Expected annual salary of $90,000 - $120,000.
