RESPONSIBILITIES

• Under the direction of the Director of Informatics, the Business Analysis (BA) will assist in enabling Data as a service (DaaS), standardized reporting and analytics, and self-service reporting to Florida Cancer Specialists.
• The BA must be competent to meet with business unit leaders and analysts to elicit data- and reporting-related requirements.
• The BA will be critical to ensure necessary data and functional and non-functional requirements are documented to enable the Informatics/BI team to operate in an Agile BI Analytics DevOps environment to assist business unit leaders in measuring success. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, management information systems or another related field.
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience is required or the equivalent combination for education and experience.

Previous Experience:

• Proficient in Business Requirements Gathering
• Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (mandatory)
• Professional healthcare data related experience within clinical oncology preferred
• Skilled in Analytics and Data Warehouse
• Capable of Process flow documentation
• Knowledgeable in Data Governance
• Proficient in SQL
• Experienced in Data Quality and Profiling
• Exposure to BI tools like Power BI, Sigma, etc.
