Join Our Team as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst!
This position is about the consolidation of AOP Direct Procurement Financial Metrics at global, regional and commodity level, for both Actual and Forecast results and preparation of Europe and North America Actual Productivity
What You’ll Do:
Material Productivity
Elaborate Monthly Actual Procurement Metrics for Garrett
Prepare Annual Operating Plan for direct material for Garrett Direct Material Cost
Provide overview to Procurement for their spend localization and savings performance at regional level / GBE / Commodity
Ensure metrics availability from any angle (region, supplier, product, plant and commodity)
Analysis of monthly inflation and FX impact on direct material
Coordination of Standard cost changes for direct material
Standard Costs annual calculation
SRO report elaboration and explanation on variance.
Approval process related to SB requests for Debit/Credit Notes.
Collate all data regarding inflation claims Energy/Raw Mat/
Create repository of indexes and reference used for inflation determination.
Validation of inflation claims by supplier.
Collate all the evidence on inflation settled to supplier.
Create reports on total inflation settled and future claims expected by various dimensions.
Create reports on Inflation by turbo, by dimension of turbo.
Work with team to update inflation data on time.
Procurement Business Partner
Push a high control environment and create process and procedures in order to facilitate the communication between Business results and Finance metrics.
Lead the team of analyst to consolidate material cost
Develop insightful analysis and reporting to support decision making and monitor performance.
Deep dive into Procurement Metrics to drive improvement.
Communicate with Senior Leadership and provide insight on financials.
Extract insights from large volume of data and effectively communicate with your business partner in how to act on these insights.
Periodic Procurement Team coaching to explain how to see and calculate standard cost, FX transactional, FX escalators, metal inflation, Matex.
Gross, Spend
Standardization:
Coordination of Regional Financial Partners to deliver Garrett Direct Procurement metrics in time and in an accurate manner.
Drive a consistent and high-quality process for planning and monitoring Procurement.
Support and promote procedures standardization across regions.
Manage Garrett Standard Cost Web Tool
Provide overview to Procurement team for their performance at global level
What We Need:
Master’s degree in Corporate Finance
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics
5+ years of directly related accounting/finance experience
Fluent in English
Technically proficient in accounting; extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and business processes. Excel
