As the Director Commercial Excellence, your role will be to develop strategies for executing growth activities through simplified structures, ways of working, knowledge based and fast decision-making, and trial-and-error learning. You'll foster a high-performing and collaborative organizational culture whilst building and retaining strong teams.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Own marketing frameworks and capabilities specific for OCS. </li> <li>Develop best practices for marketing and sales, and feed learnings into stronger commercial plans.</li> <li>Guide and support marketing teams across business units to optimize campaign effectiveness.</li> <li>Implement ROI measurements including A&amp;P investment levels and effect. </li> <li>Facilitate cross-Business Unit learning in collaboration with Analytics &amp; Insights.</li> <li>Provide brand foundation trainings and facilitate knowledge sharing across markets.</li> <li>Drive high-performing, engaging, and collaborative organizational culture and leadership practices.</li> <li>Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (including Orkla's shared center-of-excellence within marketing and innovation) and sales excellence to optimize OCS sales and marketing practices</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Candidate profile:</p> <p>We are looking for a strategic leader that able to communicate effectively across critical functions. With a keen analytical mindset leveraging data-driven insights, you are contributing to a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should possess:</p> <ul> <li>University degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as marketing, or an MBA.</li> <li>High proficiency in English.</li> <li>Minimum of 10+ years of experience within marketing.</li> <li>Strong functional competence in strategic marketing and customer management.</li> <li>Experience in category management and development, preferably in a multicultural/national setting.</li> <li>Proven track record of successful marketing management and optimization, ideally in a multicultural/national market setting.</li> <li>Knowledge of marketing strategies, techniques, and processes.</li> <li>Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.</li> </ul> <p>Why Join OCS?</p> <p>Orkla Confectionery &amp; Snacks is not just a workplace; it's a community where you can grow, innovate, and contribute to a legacy of success and sustainability.
