We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our Agile team specializing in AI solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and prioritizing product features that align with our strategic goals and customer needs. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and agile methodologies.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and market demands.

• Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder input, customer feedback, and market research. Ensure that the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood by all team members.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and development teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Agile Team Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring that the team understands the product vision and backlog items. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Feature Definition: Define user stories and acceptance criteria for product features, ensuring clarity and completeness to guide the development process.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data-driven insights to inform product enhancements and iterations.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an Agile environment.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in various industries.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with Agile tools and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer value.
