Description: 

 

Our client, in the financial services sector, is seeking Intermediate Service Desk Analysts for an upcoming endpoint migration project to support a Zero Trust environment. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for migrating as well as providing enterprise-level support for the affected end users. This is a very dynamic role where you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems while contributing to the overall migration project success.  

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Provide second-level support to ensure devices that have been migrated as part of the Intune (ForensiT) migration are successfully enrolled in Intune. 
  • Provide support to ensure Intune profiles and policies are properly assigned and successfully applied to target devices (enrolled with Intune). 
  • In the case where devices need to be rebuilt from scratch (catastrophic migration failures), resources will provide support to ensure that required policies, profiles and applications are installed and functioning correctly. 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Desk Analyst, Deskside Support Analyst or comparable experience. 
  • Prior experience performing endpoint migrations within an enterprise organization. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience are required. 
  • Demonstrated experience with EntraID (formerly Azure Active Directory) group management (i.e. creation and assignment including dynamic rules). 
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune compliance policies and configuration profiles. 
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Intune Win32 application packaging (wrapping). 
  • Knowledge of proper profile assignment in Intune, including policies, applications, and settings. 
  • Understanding how N-Able shows device connectivity and application assignment to target devices.
  • Successful candidates will be required to supply their own PC for the duration of this project.
